East Coast Subs opened in 1991, founded by Raymond and Carla Quintana with a simple mission: excellent hospitality and the best handcrafted subs. Ray and Carla built a legacy that goes beyond delicious food, and we’ve had the honor of being a Murray staple for more than three decades.
In 2025, their youngest son, Corbyn, took over ownership, proudly carrying on the family tradition of serving Utah’s best subs.
We take our food seriously and never take shortcuts. Our handmade onion rings are a testament to that. As our regulars know, when you walk through our doors, you become part of the East Coast Subs family.
